1. Auto-rickshaw Ride (Passenger)
On-demand auto-rickshaw booking in Chennai. The passenger pays the driver directly via UPI or cash. OneRide does not take any commission on the fare itself.

2. OneRide Parcel (Sub-5 kg)
Small-package delivery using the same auto-rickshaw fleet. Intended for personal parcels (documents, tiffin, light packages) up to 5 kg. Not for commercial goods.

3. Driver Insurance Subscription (optional, for drivers only)
Registered OneRide drivers may optionally subscribe to insurance plans. Premium is collected by Asli One Global Private Limited via Razorpay weekly auto-debit.

- Day 1–30: FREE (no subscription charge)
- Day 31 onwards: Weekly premium is auto-debited via Razorpay
- Coverage activation: 90 days after the first successful payment
4. Driver Welfare & Benefits (for subscribed drivers)
- Emergency Cash Loan — zero-interest loan of ₹2,000–₹10,000 against vehicle seizure or urgent repair. Repaid via Razorpay daily add-on.
- Education Fee Support — up to ₹10,000 interest-free loan for a driver's children's school fees, available after 1 year of active subscription. 50% cashback for girl-child education.
- Document Renewal Service — OneRide staff handle FC, insurance, DL, permit renewals on the driver's behalf for a flat ₹500 service fee (paid to the broker/govt. office).
- Legal Support — in-app SOS, fine-dispute help, accident-scene legal aid.
- Family & Student Support Program — opt-in welfare: notebooks, uniforms, book fees for drivers' children.
5. Payment & Billing
- Ride fares are paid passenger → driver directly (UPI or cash). OneRide does not touch fare money.
- The ₹5 booking fee is paid by the passenger to Asli One Global Private Limited via Razorpay or Cashfree payment gateway.
- Driver insurance premium is debited weekly from the driver's registered bank account / UPI via Razorpay auto-debit mandate.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable GST where charged to the end customer.
6. Tax
OneRide does not collect or remit GST on the auto-rickshaw ride fare itself — the fare is a direct driver-to-passenger transaction, not a supply by Asli One Global Private Limited. GST is charged only on amounts where Asli One Global Private Limited is the supplier (₹5 booking fee, insurance facilitation margin, parcel booking fee). Full invoice breakdown is issued on every ride receipt inside the app.
Prices are subject to change. Current pricing is always reflected on the OneRide customer and driver apps at the time of booking / subscription.
